About Us

This website was launched in January 2007 with a simple aim of developing an international online archive of existing property surveys which are available for immediate re-sale. The benefits of such a website would be threefold;

1. To reduce the cost of buying property in general, but particularly for those who are left with an original survey which they have paid for after a sale has fallen through by enabling them to offset some of their costs by re-selling their survey (s).

2. Provide potential property buyers / renters with immediate access to cheaper and crucial existing survey information about properties which are currently for sale.

3. To provide an international website where all types of surveyors, regardless of their professional affiliations / discipline, or geography can advertise the range of services which they provide and at the same time list those existing surveys which they want to re-sell.

As a growing website / business project already well into phase II (registration of surveyors), we are currently planning phase III (due to be rolled out in Autumn 2007) which will look at linking up our data base with a much broader spectrum of local services providers who are involved in the home buying / moving sector...so watch this space!
